Breakfast is chargeable and too expensive for 11 Euro/person with limited meals.

Location is good. Not just near the metro station, but not far. Quiet and quite clean district. Lot of good restaurants not far away.

I received my booking reservation with total of bill when I booked hotel , however when we were paying on checking out we were charged an extra 70 euro. When I asked staff about this all they did was point at the bill and circle tax 1 euro. Big difference between 1 euro and 70 euro I think personally! I also don't feel that the hotel was worth what we paid for it and the website does not reflect the actual state of the place. I would not recommend this hotel or would I stay here again.

The hotel was in a great central location with easy access to public transportation and various restaurants nearby. The room was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The friendly staff provided excellent service, making our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast and lounge area were quite small, making it difficult to find seating during peak times. Additionally, the hotel lacked certain amenities such as a safe that was not secured to the wall and a non-slip mat in the shower, which posed safety concerns. while the hotel had some drawbacks, its prime location and clean accommodations made it a good choice for a city break in Paris.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is so close to all the amenities you could need. The Rue de Levis market is just a stone's throw away, and there are plenty of metro stations and bus stops nearby. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and they even give you a detailed map when you check in, showing you the best places to visit and how to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of facilities to make our stay easier.
One slight downside was that the bathroom was quite small, and the shower was a little tricky to use.
